I am Dr. Adolfo Ruiz Grafals, a graduate of the doctoral program in clinical psychology at Carlos Albizu University in Old San Juan about 10 years ago. My practice is characterized by a humanistic and analytical approach in search of balance, personal development and emotional stabilization. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviours, habits, and beliefs around different situations in life. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
